What Ceede is

Ceede is software for running a small business: quotes, contracts, invoices, the money behind them, and a morning screen that says what needs attention. It is provided by KAM Financial Solutions F.Z.E, B.C. 1303189, C1 Building, Ajman Free Zone, Ajman, United Arab Emirates. Using it means accepting what is on this page.

What Ceede is not

It is not legal advice. The contract and quote templates are drafted to be sensible starting points for the country you select, and they are not a substitute for a lawyer who knows your situation. If a document matters, have somebody qualified read it before you send it.

It is not financial or tax advice. Forecasts, cash figures and totals are arithmetic on what you entered. They are only as right as the figures behind them, and they know nothing about what you have not told Ceede.

It is not a bank or a payment processor. Money never moves through Ceede. It records what you say happened and, where you connect an account, what your bank says happened.

Your account

• Sign-in is a code sent to your email address. Keep access to that address: anyone who has it can reach your account.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what people you invite to your business do in it.
• One person, one account. Do not share a sign-in with somebody who should have their own seat — invite them, so the record shows who did what.

Your work stays yours

Everything you put into Ceede — your clients, documents, figures and files — remains yours. KAM Financial Solutions F.Z.E claims no ownership of it and no right to use it beyond running the product for you and keeping it safe.

You can take it with you at any time. Invoices, quotes and contracts export as PDFs and lists export as CSV, without asking anyone.

Your clients' details are your responsibility

Most of the personal information in Ceede belongs to your clients rather than to you. You decide what to enter and how long to keep it, and you are the one answerable to them for it. Ceede holds it on your behalf and does as you instruct. How that works is set out on the privacy page.

Do not use Ceede to hold information you have no right to hold, and do not use it to send anything to people who have not agreed to hear from you.

Reasonable use

Do not attempt to reach another business's data, break the service, or work around its limits. Do not resell access. If something in the product lets you do what it obviously should not, tell us at info@kamfinancialsolutions.com rather than using it.

What it costs

Nothing today. Ceede is in early use, there is no charge and no card is taken. If that changes you are told inside the product before it does, with enough notice to decide whether to carry on — never a silent charge.

What is not promised

Ceede is early software. It is not promised to be available at any particular time, to be free of faults, or to keep working exactly as it does today — screens change as the product is built. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose; the export buttons are there for that.

Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, KAM Financial Solutions F.Z.E is not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses arising from using Ceede.

Ending it

You can stop at any time. Closing an account is done by asking: write to info@kamfinancialsolutions.com, and everything belonging to it is permanently deleted 30 days after the request, as the privacy page sets out. Access may be suspended if an account is being used to break these terms or the law, and you are told why unless telling you would itself be unlawful.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates. If part of this page turns out to be unenforceable, the rest of it still stands.
